The suit needs to be stretched to sew the non-stretchy sole onto it. So you can 1), sew the soles onto your suit while you are wearing it, or 2) you could make duct tape forms of your feet (I'd go a good 4-5 inches up the lower leg for accuracy in fitting) to fully correctly stretch the suit for sewing. And if you accidentally poke the form you don't have to worry about bleeding on your suit.
