My weight goes up and down over the week but each month it is 4-8 lbs lower. MY BF has gone from 30% to 20%. Pants have dropped from 42 waist to 36, so very happy about that!
No dieting, just eating unprocessed foods. Eggs, steak, chicken, fish, fruit, yogurt, salads, rice and sweet potatoes. An occasional cocktail on the weekends, but pretty clean.
