I can't see the bottom of the sleeves, but from that image they look like normal furisode sleeves.

For the train, hikizuri are simply extra-long and usually have padding at the hem so that it flares out nicely when worn. The shape is identical to normal kimono, just longer.

Here's a dressing tutorial; just ignore the obi instructions as your obi will be different.
