I'd suggest Guts from Berserk, or even Griffith. A Mobile Suit would definetly be cool. What about Gungrave? With his coffin and big guns and all, that'd be pretty hard. Also, what about Macross uniforms or Record of Lodoss War or the Jurai outfits from Tenchi Muyo? Hope that helps!
