Typically, PayPal sides with the seller (in this case you), as long as the seller can prove they shipped the item (I think basically a tracking number and that it says shipped). Once the item is shipped, I think PayPal steps out, as it states in their policies that they do not deal with quality of products. They also seem to care less if it is the wrong product, not as described, or not completed. This becomes problematic for the buyer sometimes, but I think once the case is closed, there is little they will do to reopen it. I think you're in the clear, which is good. Thanks for sharing your experience with them as a commissioner. This company isn't making a very good name for themselves.
