To get it really dark where you need it, I'd use a base of that black football sun-light reflection reducer stuff. I dunno what it's called XD After that (like, putting the black base on so it comes down to JUST under your eyes, but not far) I'd take some black powder makeup and brush it on with one of those paintbrush-like applicators. Use this to seal the black liquid makeup, and to get the faded effect where the cheeks appear with a regular skin tone.
