HELP!!!!!!!!...Please? I'm in a bit of a rut...
Does anyone have a tutorial on making a good petticoat/pannier? Something pretty/somewhat easy to understand/do? Also, any suggestions for what fabric should I use for it?

So underskirt? I always use cottom for mine, very thin cotton made into lots and lots of gathers.
