Hi. just a quick question: I bought a beautiful white shirt (all high collar, pin tucking and lace problem is that it has no sleeves. its a tank style. I was thinking about making a short jacket or bolero type deal, but I'm not sure what kind of neck line it should have...

I like the line of the jacket in the sketch here, but I'm not sure where to go from there... suggestions anyone? btw i only drew the jacket on one side to demonstrate the shirt better... and the big question mark with the arrow is my problem spot.. I don't want to interfere with the collar or the shirt too much

I think the outfit looks really cute! It reminds me a lot of this Mary Magdalene bolero: http://www.marymagdalene.jp/catalog/...r/rizrobo.html , so maybe take cues from that as far as decoration goes?

oh my gosh thank you so much! You've no idea how long I sifted through pics trying to find this sort of thing. heh I like that cuff better too, and I think I can get the lace in the cuff to match the neck of the shirt and it will look more...matchy? lol ^^

well, I have one last question now ^^ I redrew the design a little darker and I wanted to run this by you all...

What do you think? solid color or plaid? I like the idea of plaid, but I'm not sure if its too busy with all the gathered ruffles... either way I'm going to go with a darker color scheme... I just finished a sweetloli design want to do something different ^^
