I really want to come to Gencon, I've never been there before.
So expect to see either Zora Link running around or the Rain Card hugging randoms

I will be there! On Friday and Saturday. Saturday I will be Ordon Link (TP) and Friday I'm still undecided. Either Squall or Kurenai. Was originally going to be Sasuke but he's so overdone these days.

Well, at least I have a cosplay now - Amateratsu from Okami. If you see a white figure running around on the weekend, that will probably be me...lol...

I only go to cons to catch up with the friends I don't get to see any other time! So yes, I had a great time - mission accomplished!
![]() The Convention Centre was also an awesome venue! That being said, I was a little sad that it was geared more toward sci-fi, and all us anime/video game geeks were kind of ignored. I would have liked to have seen more video games for sale... but maybe I interpreted "game" the wrong way in their advertising? I imagine for a board/card game fan, it would have been really exciting! |

I was expecting games for sale as well.
Ah well. At least I managed to play an SNES for the first time in my life. X)It was awesome catching up with everyone again, making new friends, and seeing everyone's awesome costumes though. For a Sci-Fi/Gaming con, I think we had a good turnout. And, although some games you had to pay to play, there were at least there were some fun games for everyone (likes "Curses". *lol*). I ran into two of my teachers there on Saturday, which was quite amusing. XD
