Aristocrat is generally what you think of when you imagine high society lolitas. Everything is very poised and, as you might imagine, elegant. I'm not sure how the PVC would factor into that (as it's hard to tell in your pictures), but you seem to have the right attitude towards your garb.
Personally, I would avoid ruffles and any sort of light colour when doing an EGA. If you're going to use that shirt, which you should!, then I'd say go for an almost form-fitting skirt with the same edge that your shirt has. As far as makeup goes, don't do too much. Maybe do some liquid liner on your eyes and a little colour on the lips.
Look up the models from Aetlier-Pierrot, Moi Meme Moite and Kazuko Ogawa for inspiration; I've always seen these brands as very high-class and aristocratic. Not to mention they're all wicked expensive...
