Fma 08
So because of my size, I'm going as Edward aswell! Anyone going as an FMA character?
And I was thinking of putting together a short skit of "If you Were Gay" with Ed and Roy (which I'm sure has been done a thousand times, but I'd love to do a skit!) So if anyones interested, PM me

I guess I'll revive this thread and refresh it a little. ^-^ If you are going as an Fullmetal Alchemist character to AnimeFEST 2008, this is the place to post! Let everyone know that you are! I may be redoing one of my FMA costumes. I may take out the automail and dust it off and redo my Ed. Or I may shine those stars and redo my Roy.

Yeah, really. Looks like I'll be dusting off the old automail. LOL But I do beleive that I saw it mentioned that there was an FMA photoshoot. Which means there shold be more people than what have posted here.

I might drag Wrath to A-Fest...I've been meaning to retire him, he's not that comfy to ware!!!
Don't know if Ali-Kun and Pancake are still thinking of making "The Gate" or not...I think Tenchi was saying something about her kid being a gate baby...

Ok. My grandma is the law, and she helped me make up my mind. In order to save money and time, I will not be Ed this year.

Tenshi told me her daughter was actually asking her, 'mommy when do I get to be a gatebaby?!' but we shall see if we can get it finished for AFest! Even though making the base of it will be pretty easy (in comparison), all those crazy sculptures are problematic! lol...
The people in on the project are still interested, it might just come down to a lack of time :O

Help figure out the best way (and best person/people, since it'll probably take some artistic skill not all of us possess...) to make statues that are neither heavy nor insanely fragile ;3

I've decided to remake my Edward cosplay. It was my first cosplay I ever made...but there were so many things I wanted to fix and it was never finished to begin with (I didn't have any automail or a wig). I've already made modifications to my black jacket and re-made the red coat. My wig should be coming in any day now, and then all I'll have to do is make the belt and shoes. Don't think I'll get the automail done before the con - another cosplay is taking up all my free time this summer >__<
Hopefully my gold contacts will be coming in soon! I originally ordered them for another cosplay, but I'll be able to use them for Ed too :3
