Timeline: From the day I ordered it, it took 1 and a half weeks for me to get it. Which was in the description, so it was great!
Describe your Experience: Amazing. It was my first time ordering off of ebay, and she helped me along the way. =D Then the wig I got was just.. amazing over all. It looks great in pictures and everything.
Final Grade: A+++

Timeline: Ordered it and got it within 2 weeks. ^^ XD That's about it.
Describe your Experience: It was really good with the person them self. She was very nice about everything and I got the tiara and earrings on time and all, but the thing is that they weren't really fully worth the money. The earrings were cardboard that was cut into a shape and then had paint of them. =/ They fell apart before the con. And then with the tiara, it started to tarnish within a month and the glue that held the elastic on just fell off, so I had to fix that. Then the jewel fell off and I had to glue it back on. D= The person was nice, but the product was NOT worth the price and they didn't advertise that the items were made that way. So I was disappointed over all.

Describe your Experience: I was approached by Velvet Eden in relation to offering to commission Randels jacket and coat. We agreed a price and the communication was good. Until I sent the $130 deposit and then they all went quiet. Repeated emails were sent with intermittent replies normally along the lines of "Oh we are still working on it". They ignored my requests for photo's which was one of the conditions to me accepting them as commissioners.

I only seemed to get any response when I PM'd her on this website. Well time dragged on and they missed one deadline, promised to meet the next and lo and behold missed that too. Then recieved an email saying that she was no longer working for the company she had allegedly been commissioning for and I should take it up with them. The email address she gave was fake and so I just have had to write the money off.

Pros: Non

Cons: They are con artists and theives. Awful communication and horrible customer service.

Comments: Avoid like the plague!

Describe your Experience: Approached Lani on recommendation from a number of friends she was polite, business like and an excellent choice.

Pros: Patch was accurate and spot on, excellent price!

Cons: Non of note

Comments: Would and going to use again! Brilliant service!

ummm... i only do lolita hat's i think your referring to the wrong commissioner. I only have been in contact with others about Lolita hat's and i have never even heard of chibi -kun O_o i really don't want my great feedback to be affected by this but that really wasn't me. unless some one is using my name. T_T im hardly ever on here anymore ppl email me.

Describe your Experience.
Pros:Very professional, Kept me updated on status; fabric purchase, sewing process, sent progress pics and when purchase was sent.Catered to my special request of sword loop on back of vest. Arrived in good condition.

Cons:Not many.A little hard to get to get a hold of but usually responded within 72 hours. A little tight but still wearable. Will be binding for character so it fits then. A bit tricky to get into with rear zipper, so not 100% accurate but easily tweaked to be so.

Comments: Overall I am satisfied with the product and would commission from her again. Received before deadline and looks great. Does good wig work so may commission for a wig.

Final Grade: A-

look more of a costume then a dress ^^;; hehe!

Items commissioned: Sailor Mars season 1 broach and tiara
Timeline: Paid 10/23, Received 11/01
Describe your Experience: Great quality and price. The broach looks fabulous, and for only a few bucks! The tiara is also wonderful. A few cons: The tiara is close to, but not QUITE the quality I expected, and I don't like the way it is secured (slippery elastic strands), and the pin on the back of the broach looks too small/fragile for such a large item. But other than that I'm happy.
Final Grade: A

Timeline (how long your order took to process): It only took maybe a month or so not including the time that she told me she had a month long trip

Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments: She was pleasant, and responded in a reasonable time frame to all emails. She did inform me that she had a trip she was attending when I initially placed my commission with her but I said that was fine as my convention wasn't until January. There was some confusion over the date but that was partly my fault as well as on the ears. But I have to say....what is in her gallery and what I received are not the same. I can't bend my back or the tail will detach from the velcro on the nude bottom. As you can see, the nude fabric over the white under the back design doesn't stay in place so it looks a bit messy. When I opened the box, there were pins still in it! The slippers she chose to use for the feet were one size too big, and it was sewn partway then attached with velcro at the back (I'm not quite sure why) The only part of the cosplay that fit properly were the gloves, armband and choker. Some parts were made however to be attached in place by fashion tape so that is why the white parts on the legs and the V part on the belly (not shown) does not fit as well. There were finished seams but only in the armbands where the fabric ends met, the top, the bottom and the back part of the bottom paws (up the back and on the feet not including the velcro/sewn part) The rest was just (mostly) neatly cut into shape and sewn together. The wire came through the tail but that was not Nicole's fault, that most likely happened while the cosplay was on it's way here. I followed the measurement chart she gave me and double-checked all measurements before sending them to her. When she sent me the link to the picture in her gallery, I was so happy! I gave her so many compliments because I was thrilled but when I got it and tried it on it looked nothing like what it was shown to look on the gallery. I hope that she and I will be able to resolve this, because she is a good seamstress and I have seen other cosplays by her in person on other friends and they looked AMAZING! This is why I am withholding a grade for now because I feel that she is a good and honest commissioner who will honor her policy to remake anything that does not fit. I have asked for a remake instead of directly asking for a refund because I still wish to commission from her. She's a very sweet person and even sent me hard to find lyrics to a song I enjoy from a series we both like so I feel badly, but I'm still upset and have sent an email to her requesting a remake (preferably) or in case she is unable to remake, a refund. $180 is not a small amount to lose.
Edit: The costume has been fixed and received and is overall much better than the first go around. It still has flaws, but is otherwise wearable and in good shape. Pictures will be posted after the convention as I haven't had time to get any prior with my work and school schedule. I'm already in the process of commissioning another costume and since this was a new cosplay for her to try, I appreciate her effort and her willingness to do her best to fix it.
Comments: The cosplay looks good, but there are still flaws (bunching at the sides, bra on the outside which isn't too bad but it's an adjustment) and the tail is a bit stiff. But, she did work hard to fix it and get it back to me in time for the convention, so I would reccomend Nikki to you for cosplay needs ^_^
