If you need perscription lenses they are going to cost you 60$ or more no matter where you go. If you find them for less they're probably crap. This is your eyes we're talking about, don't put crap lenses in them.

If you are willing to go with plano (non-perscription) contacts, you can get a pair for 40 dollars at Color Lens 4 Less .com (banned URL here on c.com, for some reason).

Prescription lens + cheap =/= healthy.
You only get one set of eyes, so I would tell you that spending a large chunk of money on keeping them healthy is one of the better splurges you can make.

Cheaper than $60? You're out of luck, man. Just save up and buy the real stuff. It's expensive for a reason: it's safe.

CoastalContacts.com has them for about $35 a lens. They will check your prescription though so be sure to have all the dr. contact information at the time of order.

Yeah I must agree, the cheapest pair I've ever found was $40. And they didn't fit my eyes.
If you want better information head over to the Make-Up Techniques Forums. They've got alot of different topics about contacts and a few reliable sites to get them off of.
