And it's totally fine if you want to cosplay a Persona user (I planning to cosplay either Naoto from P4 or Elizabeth from P3). I just wanted to make a general SMT gathering so no series is left out.

ok well just let me know what i have to do because im kinda new at this and um im relly shy in rl. i just always wanted to go its just hard to find someone who likes anime here in vegas ^-^

Typically, at a gathering you meet up with other cosplayers as the character of your choice (in this case it's a SMT themed gathering) and you take pics and hang out for a while. Some gatherings even have dinner/lunch with each other.

Anyways, it's okay if you're shy. I mean, I'm pretty shy in person unless I know the person (but I'm rather talkative online). But if you looking for other cosplayers/anime fans in the Vegas/Henderson area check out this group: http://www.myspace.com/aicosplay

oh okay well i sent them a freind request but um are you in that group because i dont know if i could go to them by myself..and i dont know ive never made a costume i relly wish maybe i had some help.

I am, but I'm too busy to attend their get-togethers. I know there is one tomorrow (but there's a very narrow chance that I can go). But I think later this month there is a Anime Vegas meet-up at a library in North Las Vegas (I can't remember the name though). If you can't sew, try to asking relatives or friends for help (that's what I did when I started). :3

oh okay well...um i dont have many relitives but um...its ok i guess i will find a way i think...um yea they asked me if i wanted to go tommorow but im kinda shy...so i dont know im still thinking about it...

What you can also do if you can't sew is modify clothing (for example: find a plain black jacket at a place like Goodwill or Salvation Army and add onto it to make it look like P3's Gekkoukan HS jacket). And if you have the money, you can also purchase a pre-made costume online or get one commissioned. :3

That's alright. I didn't end up going since I ended up being busy again. ^^; But don't worry, there's plenty of more opportunities to get together with the group.

oh yea i guess i could do that well actualy i dont know yet because i want to find freinds who like anime but i dont know i dont think im into cosplay i just like anime i guess i dont know if that seems weird i just kinda want to find freinds who like anime like me.

i guess thats kinda imposible i dont know i guess i just have to think about it.
as you can see its hard for me to decide on something ^-^

And that's absolutely fine. :3 Some people cosplay, some don't. I mean, it's not obligatory to cosplay at a convention.

(Everyone pretty much calls me Saya or whatever billion nicknames I have. The only people who address me by my real name are close friends and family members). :3

alright saya well i will keep in touch if i change my mind anyways the convention is still long ways away so i might come as P4 because its easy so thanks for your help.
