Planning your presentation

The progress report goes out monday.
I just recieved this from our events head, and wanted to pass it along, because it MAY be about changes from what is already published in the PR.,

hotels are such fun to deal with aren't they

I will certainley keep you up to date on the final say

People -
Larry Schroeder (tech director) and I have been playing with drawings of
our "Main Tent" space. The stage will still be 16' deep x 24' wide
unobstructed, but playing with the paths and other considerations we may
decide to switch the entrance and exits, so please keep your
presentation flexible enough to be able to enter up stage right and exit
up stage left rather than the reverse as I have been saying. In either
case, the MC will be off the stage proper, down stage and opposite the
entrance side. We will have this nailed down no later than 1 March 2009
and hopefully sooner. As soon as we finalize this we will publish scale

Thanks -

Thanks for the information. It'll be helpful as my group prepares our presentation.
