Pokemon TRAINER Cosplays (aka the HUMAN characters)

There's an active Gijinka board and quite a few old Pokemon-related boards, but what about the human characters? So this board is just for the HUMAN characters of Pokemon from the anime and video games. Not the creature cosplays...there's a lot of those out there if you search for them, and some of them include trainers, but this board is for people like me who just want to focus on trainers.

And with that out of the way...

I'm thinking about a trainer cosplay in the near future. Perhaps of Lucian, Will, Riley, or Wallace. Not sure on which yet.

Anyone else?

I've seen an Ash as a kid. Hm not sure about anymore. I think I saw a Misty, I mean she looked like a Misty but I'm not sure.

I think they'd look cool with the costume! Was going to sell a Pokedex for people wanting to be trainers but my mom gave it away -_-

I think it's nice for people to bring back the classics.

I'm planning on cosplaying Dawn from Diamond and Pearl and Adam is going to go as Brock. As soon as we can go material shopping. I have her boots and all we have to do is make the vest and wig for him. I only have the boots and the skirt.

ah, i was looking for this thread! ^_^

i was actually wondering if anyone knew a good website which listed all the characters. like, game sprites/show costumes.

im going to have a long purple wig -top/middle of my back- and i was wondering if there were already known characters with purple hair, or if i could just pull off some random ingame trainer outfit with the wig.

ooooohhh!!! i've always wanted to see a cosplay of her! she's one of my favorite characters! but how are you going to do her hair?

I've been determined for years to cosplay Sabrina, but her coat/dress terrifies me. xD Any pattern recommendations?

I want to make her doll, too, and maybe get a Kadabra plushie, or something. ^^

For an upcoming con, My brother going as Shigeru (Gary) in his last season outfit. With Lab coat and all. and I'll go as Shinji (Paul). Havent seen much of him around cons, so Im excited to cosplay him.

Now i just need a Chimchar plushie but the arcade at the mall nearby my house is so hard to get. I suck at crane games.

Anyones knows where i can get a Pokedex?

yamibakura03: I searched "pokedex" on Amazon.com and it came up with basically every Pokedex model ever made.

As for a Chimchar, I'd get this one, myself. ^^ I have it, and it's a realistic size, and doesn't have the flatness of the usual Pokemon pillows. ^^;;

Heh, I plan to cosplay as Ash someday in my life, from the first season of course!

And hopefully I'll have the appropriate proportioned Pikachu plushie. Man, they either have him super big, like a pillow or super small for a keychain! D:

I've been wanting to make my own trainer outfit to wear to a con, not sure if it would go over well though.

XD funny but that the little guy im trying to get at the arcades. There really good plushies but its so hard to grab them at the crane games. and there so many of them too.

Thanks I'll go search for a pokedex then, I need two of them.

I cosplayed Ash last year, was rather fun actually.
There's quite a few trainers I wouldn't mind doing.
Still trying to convince my boyfriend to consider a Volkner cosplay [given that I want to dress as Roark]. n_n;
