I really want to do an Alice cosplay! I can sew quite well, so I just need to find the right pattern that's close enough to what I need. Although, before that I plan to do Riku from KH. I definently want to do the Alice one though! I can't want XD

yeah. ebay, don't search for an echo wig, look for a medium lenth silver/gray wig with bangs and cut and style it to look like echos hair. thats what im gonna do anyway

hey does anybody know how i can make echos boots. so far ive bought the vinyl and have had some ideas for a pattern... but im not interly sure. does anybody have any ideas.. for helping making the boots? because this is my first time also making the shoes for a cosplay.

I'm doing White Alice (and Sakura TRC) next year's Anime Evolution. I found one pattern for the tubeless top, but I don't know if it is the right one. Haueee... I need help with patterns. I already have the fabric roses ready, so as the ribbons for her feet. Any tips?

Hmmm~ are you guys particular about height matching? I really want to cosplay Oz, but I'm afraid to because I'm rather tall (probably about 2~3 inches taller than what I imagine his actual height to be)

@froomball: Don't worry about the height! Really, I'm cosplaying Echo and I'm 5'6". I'm a good 6 inches taller than her. If you are cosplaying alone, you don't need to worry much.. people won't be able to tell your height from pictures alone. But if you're cosplaying with say... Raven/Gilbert you guys could try to do different poses, he kneeling before you, you both sitting down, etc, etc... try to be creative and experiment! Height isn't much of an issue with cosplay ^^;

Haha I'm 5' 7" TT__TT (And I think Oz is 5' 4"/5' 5" at most). I contemplated cosplaying Jack, but I don't have the sewing skills for his outfit...and Oz is my favorite after all XD

I'm mainly afraid that the proportioning would look off (then again, I have a rather large head so in relation to my body...it might work?)

Another issue, is face shape a big deal? I tend to want to cosplay characters with ROUND faces...and mine is more of an oval 0rz || I suppose I'll cheat that with the way I style the wig, and my poses/camera angles...

random wig question - does anybody have any idea how to style that little streak or "poof" in Oz's hair? That little thing that sticks out and points toward his left? http://myanimelist.net/character/138...alius/pictures

@Froomball: I'm guessing Echo is like 5' XD Anyway... the shape of your face is not a big deal when it comes to cosplay, BUT face shape can help you look a lot more like the character you're cosplaying. There are ways to... 'change' the shape of your face like Hair style for example. The shape of someone's face varies with different hair cuts. In Oz case, his hair style on you will probably make your face look a bit rounder.

The fluff on Oz's hair as me stumped though... ^^; *fails at wig styling* Maybe you should post this question in a new thread in the Wig styling forum

Is his outfit dark-brown or black? *is really behind in the anime, but should pull herself together and go get some screenshots*

Luckily I have the perfect red fabric for his scarf (and yes I know his scarf is two colours)

Height does not matter in my opinion. I'm 10 cm taller than Alice. (Who is 150 cm.) If anyone is curious, Echo is 160 cm, and Oz is 162 cm~ I got the info from here.

This site has a manga gallery and if I remember correctly, Volume 8's cover is Cheshire and it looks like it's black. (Or maybe my computer screen colours are wonky.) (Yay! A Cheshire cosplayer!)

Its good to see a thread for this. Ive always thought the Pandora Hearts manga/anime was very unique to cosplay. Thats probably because they have unique characters but still...

Thanks for the help I can't wait to start on the costume (which won't be... Untill after November TTwTT) Btw, his scarf... On the manga cover it seems to be red on one side and black on the other, while in the anime it's all black.
