Alright, I admit that my Chinese is very poor and I can't type it very well, so I will have to type in English.
I am going to China this July and I will spend most of my time with some relatives near Shenyang. I was wondering if there are any cosplay shops in the area?

First, welcome to China! I live in Wuhan, so I know little about cosplay shops in Shenyang, but I willing to help you, give you some suggestions ^_<
For me, I purchase cosplay clothes, wig, and other materials in www.taobao.com ,it's convenient ,easy , good qualities and not so expensive. But the first important question for you is how to communicate with those many Chinese sellers on the web, you need to learn Chinese ^_^.

I think I can use either my mother or my relatives for their chinese skills. haha~ I was wondering how long shipping usually takes if I order from that site?

Well, usually 3 days, u'll received ur pack from seller, It's convenient.
And Taobao supports EMS express delivery also, but u need to pay 20 yuan fees more than common express delivery.

dont you need a taobao card to order off of that site anyway?
