Timeline: April 09-July 09.

Pros: I contacted her in April, made two separate payments, so I don't think she started it until like late May. I was fretful about two things, why her quote was so low so worried about the quality and also if she could finish it on time. She has a measurement form for you to fill out and it makes it easy. But I added some other issues that I have with my body (big thighs and broad shoulders). She worked with me on that.

I was expecting her to use spandex, but she asked me if using synthetic leather. I told her sure, but had my doubts about it. It was awesome! Not as much stretch with spandex, but I think the color is better. It wasn't as hot as I thought it was going to be, it was very comfortable.

Cons: The zipper broke. Apparently Otakon 2009 there was a zipper pandemic going on with all my friend's costumes (different seamstress). Just as a curiousity, I let her know about it. I asked for boots and got boot covers. It wasn't that big of a biggie.

Comments: She only did the body suit, gloves, and boot covers, she didnt' do the mask. Considering how much she charged I was a little wary about the costume. She only charged me $160 + shipping $15. I was getting quotes for this costume in the $250-$600 range. Seeing the end result, I think she does a great job for the price. I'd definitely work with her again.

Pros: contacted her, a day later she responded, she had be show her some pics of it, gave me a general quote, I sent in very specific sketches, kept bugging her about things because I'm annoying, and she works very quickly, it's only been 2 weeks or so and already she's started working on it, I'm about to send in my 2nd payment, she's patient and VERY kind.

Cons: there aren't really any cons for me....I kinda wish I would have gotten the newer shirt I designed but it's moreso my fault for not thinking about it ahead of time :]

Comments: I'd gotten quotes of 275$ for this costume, and she did it all for 160$ :] it was fantastic, I will DEFINITELY work with her again.

Pros: the dress was well made and had a built in petticoat that she added herself. Replies fast.

Cons: I've worked with her before and chatted with her on msn. She sent me pictures of the dress she had made before and quoted me 260 for everything. I trusted her because i bought some of her cosplays before. It took about three weeks and she replied very quickly to my emails. When i got the dress, it was not what I had expected. The dress was shiny and the bust was too big so the dress slid off me. D: the small hat was made into a giant sunhat and the flowers fell off when i tried on the hat. the gloves were loose and looked crappy. I was really disappointed and contacted her about it. She hasn't responded yet.

Excellent communication (which is srsly.. amazing to me cuz I can be somewhat difficult and picky to work with, but she followed my instructions exactly! ) and very fair prices were given!
She was able to make the wig within a day!! And the wig looked good.
100% high quality~~ !!^^
Now with Death the kid's blazer I could easily modify myself since it's so simple, however I was unable to find my size, so I had mickey_haha do it and the results were wonderful! It was indeed SYMMETRICAL. XD Fit was a bit small[just gotta flatten down chest >__>] but that was my fault for giving out wrong measurements >< other than that, it's great! I would really recommend this seller^^

Character commissioned and series/video game: I had two outfits made by Red Star Costumes, one was Seung Mina from Soul Calibur II, and one was Claire Redfield's Battle Mode outfit from Resident Evil: Code Veronica. Both were the full costumes.

Timeline (how long your order took to process): I like to give commissioners a good amount of time, and I asked if two months would be ok, and she got them done when she said she was going to ^_^ got them both right on time!
Pros/Comments: If you're looking for extremely good quality, I definitely recommend Red Star Costumes. They are super fast, and super friendly. I had a wardrobe malfunction with my Seung Mina outfit (due to my inability to measure correctly >_>) I contacted the commissioner, and I sent it back to her to get it fixed and she was very friendly and willing to help me out! I got it back and it was fixed perfectly, and she said if there were any other questions with either of the costumes, to contact her and let her know. Everything worked out and I love both of my outfits!

Timeline (how long your order took to process): Oh gosh, I'm terrible with keeping track of time. The first time I contacted her was in July, but it took a while to get everything (payments and such) set up. There was a delay, but it wasn't a problem for me, and she gave me a partial refund and was really nice about it, so it was fine.
Describe your Experience: It was great. This was my first time working with a commissioner, and it was definitely a positive experience. The wig looks great. The only problem was the delay, but as I said, it really wasn't that much of an issue. I'd definitely buy from her again.

Describe your Experience. Pros, Cons, Comments. - Wore it to SacAnime and had no problems at all. It looks exactly how it is suppose to and fits great. The only con I suppose I'd say is it is pretty tight, but the few areas that I noticed that were tight, were because of our measurements were exact and we should have gave a bit more room, but it doesn't hinder the outfit at all so I have no complaints.
Final Grade: A+ I'd go back for any of my commissions.

Describe your Experience:
Took about a month in all, shipping was only about a week for the standard shipping. Took two weeks to create and customer service was quick to answer questions. As this was one of the first times I have ever used Western Union, they were glad to help. All items are in very good condition, and for only about 10 dollars [canadian] a piece, it was well worth it.
No really high or low points during the whole transaction.

Timeline: I ordered them in mid August. She told me they would be here by my convention I need them, which is tomorrow...
Describe you experience: I paid entirely up front for both gloves and shipping. She told me that I'd have my gloves in time for my con. I haven't gotten them. She would repeatedly ask me for my measurements. Sent me bills for other customers items. When I'd ask for progress pictures, she'd either ignore me entirely or change the subject. She told me that she'd ship them out October 19th. When I asked her if they were shipped out that day, she told me that they would be shipped the 23rd, when I asked her if they were shipped the next day she told me that the postal service never came and that they would come tomorrow. That was the last email I received from her. Shes stopped all communication and will not answer any email I send her.
Final Grade: F until or if I even get my gloves.

TO PEOPLE DEALING WITH HER: DON'T BE FOOLED BY HER NICE ATTITUDE, SHES RIPPING YOU OFF AND USING KINDNESS TO BUY HERSELF TIME.
