Pale makeup help needed

I've never worn makeup before and am planning on cosplaying as BB which is a character that has the same pale like complexion that L from Death Note has. I was wondering if anybody could tell me what is the best product to use to be able to make my skin appear more pale and what techniques work the best for applying makeup.

My leave chit has actually gotten approved so I'll def. make the con I was planning on going to and really need some advice on how I could go about making my face look paler inorder to make it a more accurate depiction of the character.

i would just go by the old standard and choose a foundation that is a couple shades lighter than your actual shade.

can you Ref pic, no clue who BB is.

Manic Panic - Virgin (white powder press) works well for removing the colour in your face and will get you pretty much like L.

If you are going for absolute paper white then use Manic Panic - Dream-tone (foundation) under the powder.

There are more expensive products but MP works rather well, inexpensive and found at most goth shops.
