On another note, I finished my first cosplay! I've been Sailor Mars but that was bought off ebay... so yeah. I present Rei in her school uniform Not a senshi outfit, but still, lol.

The shirt is a little dark for the anime, but I'm still quite please with how it turned out Never sewn a skirt before!

Oh my gosh that's awesome! Holy crap though, your collar is so good (I despise making the sailor collars cuz i can never quite get the pattern right), seeing how it's shape is a bit different than the fukus.
Question! For the sleeves, since I'm doing Classic and Super Mars, I'm making the bow and broach interchangeable with each other so I don't have to make two suits. However, the Classic Mars has three sleeve rolls and the Super has 2 with the clear part. What would be the best way to make them interchangeable? Haha

I'd say snaps were you best bet too. Easy and virtually invisible if you put them in the right place. I'd say three on each sleeve?

Well I meant more of should I make a set or three rolls that I can snap on and off and replace with a two roll + Clear piece set? How would I change the sleeve roll pattern here?

You make a cute chibimoon! Did you make your costume or buy it? And you have major guts dyeing your hair pink like that! But what happened to your bunny ears?

I've cosplayed one character from Sailor Moon and that was Eternal Sailor Pluto from the Stars manga. I'm so proud of the way it turned out, but I certainly had help. I have pics posted on my account. The time staff is made out of PVC, treated stryofoam, and Christmas ornaments.

I bought mine off of ebay.
^.^'
the bunny ears wouldn't hold up. So we made buns using my hair on halloween,
and we only did the buns for/on halloween (cause they take about thirty minutes to get done), but the day time photos I only had my hair in pig tails.

Here is the only and best picture of our group that I can find right now. You can't see Sailor Uranus due to the fact that Jupiter is covering her. lol I will post more once I find more. I'm also on the far right as Sailor Neptune. =D

I would honestly make two rolls, and then make the third roll and the clear piece snap-able. P:

Did you ever see Ranma 1/2's way of doing the rolls on his costume? It's not at all like Lynleigh's and would afford you to do it without working with the circle pattern.
