How do u make it so the girls can show there chest when cosplaying as a guy?

Ok i want to cosplay as Sasuke Uchiha in Shippuden. And i want the open shirt one. cause i see girls with a flat chest and no breat showing. so how?

I had this problem with my Aang costume. I just used tenser...tensor...er, those beige-coloured bandages you usually wrap around to bind the girls up. Since I used two layers, I just wore my sash over that. It's like wearing a skin-coloured tube top. *nod*
