I think that what you make any vocaloid out of falls in the 'up to you' catagory. since that is fan art anyway >_<

It would be cool if it was refective if you can find it :3

Wow. That wig is awesome. Crap haha. I was going to get a wig with extensions since I haven't really done any wig work yet and I have another costume with crazy hair that I'm going to use as my first try. But now I'm torn between that wig and this wig (you can buy the wig separately, this just had pictures of someone wearing it, haha, I'm making the costume).

@Rexluna: I agree with solstis, the only official vocaloid art is the box art, and even then its not clear so lots of people depend on fanart and such for reference c:

Hey guys! How's everyone vocaloid cosplays coming along? I just wanted to share my Rin that I finished this past summer. http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2288360/

I loved cosplaying as Rin so much that I made more other versions of her ~ School ver (based on a fanart) and Alice Human Sacrifice. I don't have any pictures for those two up yet, but I'll get them up once I get around to doing it ^^"

I'm planning on making either white/black (or both!) versions of Magnet Rin to do with a group. I'm excited to work on that soon! Anyone wanna give me any advice and tips on how to make the butterfly headphones and what materials I should go about using?

They arn't so much bootcovers as much as they are shoes -inside- stockings the base shoes i got off of ebay for a couple bucks, they're just some square-toed pumps. the sole isn't painted because i didn't like the way it looked when i tried it D: it's carefulllllllyyyy placed duct tape

I think I would use foam sheets personaly. either cutting out holes for the color spots and putting colored plastic between and paper. (( foam /plastic/ paper back)) or cut color spots and glue to black foam back... or I got soem foam paint that might be cool

(yeah I kinda want to make them too, just not the outfit >_<)

That's actually what I was thinking of doing whenever I get off my butt and finish the ones I actually started haha
