ZZ-Gundam

ZZ-Gundam, I want to build a costume,

but I can't figure out what I should use to make it

. I want to make it durable yet manuverabile and I don't want it to weigh over 250LBS.

Any suggestions as to what I should use? I've thought about it but just ain't decided yet! Any and all HELP will be greatly APPRECIATED!!
