L4D Smoker Tongue.

H'ok so I'm thinking of cosplaying a Smoker from L4D next year. I want to have a tongue that will extend when I blow through it. I was thinking using pantyhose and painting them with liquid latex, but I wanted to get some opinions first. Any suggestions?

is pantyhose air proof?
it shouldn't leak any air if you want it to extend out, yeah?

It should be fine if I paint it with latex, but I'm just wondering if somebody knows anything better. Thanks for the reference pic, Panda.
