I think this was the best place to put this, but if it's not feel free to move it.
so, I'm asking your your help because I like to be as accurate as I can in the cosplays that i do, however, I plan to cosplay 2 well endowed characters in the future (Sakuya and Ukrane) and I was wonering, buts the best way to make your breasts look bigger without it being to noticeable?
one last thing. do you think it's a waste of time to worry about something like this?

you can always wearing push up bras
or what i always do is get a medium sized cotton pad and comfortably tuck in under your boobs and alter it if you need to, to feel snug and all.
hope it helps and
GOOD LUCK =)

If you are totally flat chested: socks, its true they work best. XD Just get a bra about the same size as the character's chest, and stuff it with socks. It worked for my friends Orihime cosplay, they looked real. 0.0

Ja, I think for those characters a pushup/water bra would probably be your best bet. Be sure to try it on in the store before buying though. However, you may not want to go too big because every woman has a sense of balance in her body. It will look fake if you get something so big that it that throws off that balance.
I'm finding it difficult to put this eloquently, but most women who are naturally well-endowed generally have curves (and sometimes a booty) to balance out the deal. Even women who seek augmentation are advised by their doctor not to do anything too drastic e.g. an slender, petite woman jumping from an A-cup to a D-cup will look rather unnatural.
Think back to to when you were 12/13ish and girls in your grade started to "develop". How many of them tried getting huge pushup bras (possibly stuffed with tissue or socks etc) to appear bigger and everyone knew it looked fake/bad/out of proportion etc. Laughable, but once you've seen others commit this mistake, it helps you realize what not to do.
If I were you, I would focus on just making it appear that your chest is larger/more pronounced and NOT necessarily being the same size as your character's.

Personally, I think it's a waste of time.
You'll look weird simply because you'll look like you have fake breasts - and that will attract the kind of attention having fake breasts get - but including some giggles if it looks particularly bad.
Sorry, I see women trying to "enhance" their breasts with artificial means, and most of the time it looks drag-queen wrong and therefore unintentionally funny.

I know your plight all too well! I use these inserts I bought at Wal-mart for $9.99 and they've worked really well for my Jill Valentine! They're supposed to look and feel natural because you choose one that's your current cup size and then they make you look one cup size bigger.
And I have to be honest; most anime girls' breasts don't look natural to me to begin with. Outside of costuming I actually think inserts are a little trashy, but I actually am impressed by girls who take the time and money to actually look more like their characters. It just shows that they want to do a good job by going the extra mile. Not saying that to have a great costume you have to have the characters breast size correct lol I've actually seen Tsunade cosplayers with small breasts who look better than the ones with large ones.

Since this is the makeup thread, I'll add my makeup knowledge on this.
Get a powder concealer or foundation a shade lighter than the skin on your chest, and one a shade darker than your cleavage. Put the lighter one on top of each breast, and the darker one on the inner side of each breast. You'll have to practice blending and what not, as well as where exactly to put it, but I hear it works well once you get it right.

Sound advice but I think the characters she's trying to cosplay are both "covered" in that sense so makeup won't show (if I'm thinking of the right Sakuya and Ukraine has a uniform on of some sort the majority of the time :/

I actually see nothing wrong with small breasts. Doesn't Yoko from Gurren Lagann have large breasts? Almost every girl I see that cosplays her has small to medium breasts and they look pretty good, too. If it makes you feel more comfortable to have small breasts then I would suggest getting a padded bra or some bra inserts. Don't go too big. As Ion mentioned, you don't want to look out of proportion. I would suggest going one cup size bigger than your own. I hope this helps!

Layer padded bras and then add extra inserts. That should give you about 2 to 2.5 cup sizes.
I went crazy stuffing my moms 36DD bra from my 34B the first time I cosplayed as Ranma. I stuffed it to the point I could not see my toes or put on my own belt. I not only layered on the padded bras (luckily I kept some old stretched out padded bras which worked perfectly) but used tshirts, socks, and tissues to get that rack. When I was eating those things kept getting in the way. I almost knocked down my own drink and kept pushing my sandwich around. I have to say it was fun and it made me happy I have small boobs.

I wouldn't worry too much about this, but I think getting a push up bra should be fine, since it will look the most natural whilst enhancing what you already have.
