Make-up for Allen Walker's left hand?

I have a casual Allen Walker costume (second version) that I have, and in my feeble opinion--I think it is pretty good. However, I cheat the left-hand business by wearing white gloves (which Allen does sometimes, but not always). I plan on hopefully giving this costume a debut at an upcoming convention, and I really want to make it amazing. Now to my point--I think taking the time to "make-up" my left hand would really complete this costume. BUT, I sort of don't know where to start...

I have some knowledge about stage make-up, such as how to even the skin tone, some scars, and really basic stuff. (fyi my mom has a full-on stage make-up kit that I take huge advantage of. XD) But I've never really done anything as extensive as completely changing my skin color. And what I'm concerned about is it wearing off with a simple touch.

So how can I make a totally awesome, bad-butt Allen Walker left hand that will last a full convention day (I realize I may need to reapply some make-up maybe...), without it smearing on my costume or anything I touch?

And for those of you who don't know what Allen's left hand looks like (with recovered Innocence), I found a couple of screenshots.

I want to make it AS CLOSE to that as I can... and thank you for your help!

I used a glove for my hand and to cut down any transfer from the paint onto my white dress shirt.

http://www.cosplay.com/photo/1661598/ The flash looks awful but it's convincing in person.

If you go the makeup rout with fake nails (you will want to glue those on) you might want to look into AA makeup. Do a search one that here since there are a few topics that cover it.

If you go with cake makeup you will want to seal it with a Barrier Spray and every theatrical makeup line has one.

As Ani_BEE said, I think a glove would be your best bet. But I wouldn't use Satin, as that tends to crease too much and reflects badly in flash photography. I would try to find elbow-length (opera style) latex gloves sort of like this. The more matte finish, and the tighter, you can find - the better. I'm sure there's some way to buff the shine out of them. Then, just get some good quality, fake nails and affix them to the tips of the glove. For the design on the back of the palm, I'd use some sort of latex-based paint (you can get something like this and mix it with any water-based paint). If you plan on being sleeveless, and want to have the extra detailing up above the elbow/across the shoulder, you should consider either getting some black latex strips, cutting them into the designs, and fixing them to your skin with some sort of stage adhesive like spirit gum OR, you can go the alternate route with some black stage makeup and some *GOOD* quality sealant that'll keep it from rubbing off. Unfortunately, I can't really recommend a sealant, as I've yet to find one I'm truly satisfied with myself. >P

I hope this is some help. Good luck!!
