Well, okay. This is sort of an awkward question.
I really don't need a cosplay for a female character, or any character that wears a dress. But at the same time, I kind of do.

I know, I know, it's weird.

I have to have a dress for graduation, but being that it's going to be covered up completely... I don't see the sense in spending money on a dress I'll wear once, maybe twice. So if I can get one that would double as one I could wear for a cosplay, it'd be great.
But the real sticking point is.. that I'm so out of the loop as to what would be nice to have; I don't watch much anime/play games/anything with girls in skirts that I like.
I obviously don't want anything too skimpy for graduation, and I'd prefer something that's at least knee-length or longer, as well as having sleeves (or something else to cover up my arms, like armwarmers or gloves).
As for height and whatnot.. I honestly don't care too much. I rather like just dressing up as whoever I feel like..
I can sew, so.. anything, really..

...I know that this.. may not totally be on topic, but I'd figured I'd take a whack at it.
