There is a shop called Neo Tokyo (though their website isn't very helpful ><).

The addess for the shop in Berlin is Schönhauser Allee 188, 10119 Berlin

in Munich it's Leopoldstraße 96, 80802 München.

I've only been to the one in Berlin (though that was a few years ago), but I'm sure with google maps or something like that you'll find it. ^^
