Well, I'd a lot rather use PVC, but i just can't find any that match the bow color I want. Does anyone have any experience with iron on vinyl? Does it look okay?

Well, there's no turning back now. I just ordered my Innocent wig and extensions. Wish me luck! Sorry for the double post.

Okay, I need some help. Amphigory just emailed me and said that they are out of the extensions in all the blonde colors. What do I do? Should I just cancel the whole order? Or should I try to find matching extensions somewhere else? And is the color#22 the same in every wig shop?

My advice for the boots is keep checking on eBy. Some bargains come up, esp if no one else is bidding.

There's a store in downtown Vancouver, along the way to Dresssew called Model Express, they sell some pretty good boots that would work perfect for a Sailor Starlight costume, and they're really nice quality!
I can't remember the address, but they're on West Hastings. I think
If you like, we can go there together sometime, since I need to go near there and visit Dressew at some point anyway.
I picked up a makeup compact and are now in the process of making Usagi's 1st season brooch. I'm SO excited to start!

Sailor Moon Commericals: Hong Kong ♥
Check it out Sailor Moon fans! Hong Kong channel J2 started re-airing Sailor Moon a few weeks ago. to advertise the series return to TV in Hong Kong!
I was pretty excited to see that somebody uploaded these commercials and after watching the commercials, you will find them amusing and funny.
The first two commercials features Sailor Moon, Mercury, and Mars's Cantonese voice actresses.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLH7gl2UonA
(10 second commercial preview with subtitles)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EIWtn...eature=related
(30 second commercial transformation sequence with subtitles)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OBIXEKzWZQo&NR=1
(20 second commercial for the anime with subtitles)
Congratulations to Hong Kong and even Italy to be the first few countries to share the return of Sailor Moon back on TV. (Hope was never lost for this series.
Let's keep trying and aiming for the series back in US, and Canada too!)
I think we are getting closer to bring Sailor Moon back! ♥

So, does anyone have an answer to my color question?
EDIT: I decided to cancel the order. Back to the drawing board.

Color 22 can vary depending on the brand, but for the most part its the same, just may be slightly lighter or darker, not a huge difference.
As for the extensions. The 2 places I go, amphigory and doctoredlocks have both been out of stock for while of the blondes. But I ended up getting the wavy ones and hot water straightening them to work.

Well my con has come and gone, and there was a Super Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. My Uranus didn't get her cosplay in time so I might wear Nepu again in October. There's a good few pics in my gallery but here's a teaser. :3

That'll work? I was just about to ask about that. Do they turn out as straight as the other ones after you've straightened them?

Yep. But you gotta straighten them twice since they're so wavy. Right now I did mine once and they're still the slightest bit wavy, so straightening one more time should do the trick. ^^
It's actually for an Usagi wig commission too, so I'll post pics of the wig when its finished since it needs to go out this week. That way you can judge for yourself.
EDIT: What do you guys think of these shoes for Sailor V. I can't decide if they're too dark. I know they have 2 straps at the ankle, but they're just so cute. >< http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
