A few dark toned people I can think of make me think of Naruto ~ Kumogakure no Sato
Raikage
Killer Bee
Omoi
J
Karui
Darui
4th Raikage assistant
(I'm sure you get it..haha)

then from Highschool of the Dead
Rika Minami (Actually she looks like Yoruichi from Bleach!)

Well, there is Billy McDowel from Alice 19th... it's pretty impossible to find pics of him because Alice 19th hasn't been made into an anime.
But he is an African-American according to the manga.

But, here's a page from the manga where it's possible to see him:

I am the median skin tone perfectly but most of those guys I don't want to cosplay it is so hard this way

I've been looking for a medium skin toned guy and couldn't find one that matched here... and the I saw Haseo from .Hack//ROOTS and the game .Hack//G.U. and the upcoming manga and game .Hack//LINK (n_n) good job, btw! found three ideas for my sis here!
