Exercise:
2 sets of 55 jumping jacks (fun at first but now, 7 hours later, very painful) I managed to do 5 push ups before nearly smashing my nose on the floor! I did 6 more, modified. (Ugh, massive upper body pain now) 20 sit ups (couldn't do another set. >_<) 2 mile walk alternating with jogging Food: Breakfast: Opened up a 20. oz 7-up, drank half. *winces* 2 Maple Syrup flavored links with steamed rice, a handful of strawberries and several cups of water. Lunch: Same as breakfast. Grabbed more strawberries, two oranges and chopped them up then mixed in half a cup of non-fat plain yogurt. Drank a bit more of the 20. oz 7-up. Dinner: Same as breakfast. 1 glass of squeezed Clementine orange juice. Finished the 20. oz 7-up. 1 5 hour energy drink. I forgot I hate links. But I ate them because my mother made them and I'd never hear the end of it if I didn't. She always knows when I throw stuff out too. OOoh, and today's a rest day! *sobs in relief* |

So I was doing some math today (yay excel) and realized I've been falling short on both my calories and my macros for week days. I was under-eating, which means, lucky me, I get to eat more than I currently am and should still lose weight.
Woohoo! |

Today's Exercise:
Triceps and Abs - Overhead Tricep Extension - 4 sets (45/75/75/75) Skull Crushers - 4 sets (70/70/60/60) Counting bar as 10lb Dips - 3 sets (May try for weighted dips next week if I can still isolate tri's) Over/Under Cable Tri Pulldowns - 2 sets (8/9) Decline Situps - 3 sets Weighted Leg Extensions - 3 sets (15/15/15) Kamen - It can be fun to "Win" on a test, lol, but not really something to share with classmates. therob - how much jerky are you eating each day, your protein seems a little low, unless that is one huge steak Food Update: Tried unflavored Greek Yogurt for the first time yesterday, basically tastes like blended/whipped cottage cheese. Gonna try adding some cinnamon today to see how that works, and might try some cocoa powder tomorrow. : ) |

I know my nutrition has been lacking a lot. I use to take a protein shake every morning, one before lunch, and one in the afternoon. I ran out of my extra protein powder and money has been extremely tight, so I have had to drop off my extra protein shakes. I actually have protein powder on my xmas list this year XD.
