Describe your Experience.

Before I list pros and cons, I would like to say that I was sent the WRONG pair of boots which arrived two days before my deadline. Luckily I ended up not being able to attend the con that I ordered the boots for, but I ordered them about 4 weeks in advance and the whole shipping process took forever. Then again, that might have had something to do with my location on the USA East coast and the fact that I ordered them toward the end of September (when they were probably getting Halloween commissions).

Pros: Communication and order processing was very quick with the sellers. The base shoe used is very firm and does not seem very likely to break. The shoes fit well and they matched the measurements that I gave them spot-on.

Cons: Apologies in advance for the rant.

Although communication from the sellers was quick, their English was kinda hard to understand. That and the fact that they mixed my order up leads me to believe that they only have an office, if anything, in California as opposed to having their headquarters there.
I am very disappointed in these boots. As you can see from the picture on the top-right, the boots provide absolutely NO heel support/cushioning. When wearing these for a long period of time, the fabric would eventually fold under the heel and I'd end up walking on it all day, making some gross-looking creases.
In the listing, it is clear that the zippers are a dark silver/gray. The zippers on the boots I received are paper white, giving them an almost tacky look. The zipper pulls on the pair I received is one of those normal, rectangular ones rather than the large circle-shaped one listed. I really think they stole the listing picture from another seller.
The fabric used to shape the boot from the ankle & up seems rather unsturdy, only being sewn with a plain superimposed seam.
There is also evidence that the silver parts were spray-painted (or something of the sort). I'm totally fine with this because it looks really nice, except for the fact there are several spots that they missed with the paint.

The site has a strict NO return/refund policy for commissioned items, found in their Help section.

Considering that I paid almost $80 for these boots (that includes shipping back the pair they sent me first that was not what I ordered) and the lateness/inaccuracy/low quality of what I received, I will definitely never do business with this site again.

Timeline (how long your order took to process): I would say from time of contact to the time they were sent out... Roughly about 4 weeks. But to actually get the patches done, Sent out and arrive... About a week and a half.

I have had a completely Positive experience! Great contact! They let me know what was going on every step of the way. Very Friendly! And the end results turned out way better then I could have ever hoped for. No cons what so ever.

Timeline
Ordered it online. Received it a couple weeks later, which fell under their estimated time frame.

Pros:
I decided to buy this wig after the wig (from another site) I really wanted sold out. The price on this wig was very reasonable and the shipping was free. For free shipping, the wig came in a timely manner. The wig was well packed and secure. The wig itself is actually pretty nice. The fibers are decent, and the ponytails are surprisingly thick. The shape of the ponytails is nice too.

Cons
The color is way more intense than what was pictured. I guess you could say that the problem was with my monitor, but the color is still really off. The base wig is a bit thinner than I expected, but it's not bad. The fibers, while soft, are prone to being frizzy, but that's true of a lot of wigs.

Despite these few issues, the wig is still nice quality for the price.

Final Grade: A

Timeline= I actually can't buy over the internet, so I picked up the wigs in person. I don't remember the exact dates; as the first two were bought during the summer and Mello during November, but I do know that they were completed within 3 or 4 days of my ordering.

Pros= She was fast, and I'm always pleseantly surprised with the results. From what I see as well, her wigs seem to be fair price.
Cons= I'm usually surprised... It doesn't usually turn out the way I picture it, but that's probably just me (Either way it's usually better than what I picture). ^^
Comments= She's nice, and even when I forgot to ask for one, she gave me a quote. And, yeah. ^^

Describe your Experience.
I had heard a lot of good things about fantasy sheep, so I decided to buy this wig when I saw that they had free shipping on it. It was well packed when I received it, and the fibers of the wig were really unique, I must say. It definitely looks very realistic.

Pros
The wig's fibers are pretty nice, very unique. It looks realistic and the wig itself was competitively priced, with the free shipping. It's pretty thick compared to my other wigs

Cons
The wig sheds more than my other wigs, which is a bummer. Also, the point of the wig (the very top) is very strange. Most of my other wigs have skin tops, but this one does not and instead it has a weird frizzy hair thing going on. I don't think it's very noticeable, but I flipped out when I first noticed it. I'm kind of not happy about it.

Final Grade: B+

I like the wig well enough but am a bit disappointed about the top thing going on.

Describe your Experience: The seller has a very good comprehension of the English language and was able to answer all of my questions fully. Originally, I was going to order another costume, then changed my mind to this one and another one. After getting the price quote, I changed my order to just this costume, with the deadline date to be January 7th.

It arrived today, and I am absolutely stunned at how amazing it is! The material is stiff, yet breathable, and warm enough to accommodate for both winter and summer events. The belt and tie are both of good quality, and the wig is just to die for!

Pros: Good material, high quality costume, discount for ordering wig+costume together, soft and perfect coloured wig, extras including figurines, New Year's extras, coupon, a wig cap, a small flag, and a plastic tomato

Cons: The material around the buttons for the jacket are stiff and hard to close, the pockets aren't the jacket aren't actually pockets, and the sleeves are veeery poofy.


Final Grade: A-

Describe your Experience.
I had the urge to cosplay Sailor Moon but could not find a reasonably priced wig. I had seen this wig on ebay but couldn't find any reviews of the seller on cosplay.com so I was hesitant to buy it. However, after asking many cosplayers where they bought their Sailor Moon wigs, one whom I really respected referred me to this store. Thus, I bought it.

Pros
It came very quickly in the mail and very well packed. The quality of the wig is actually pretty decent and so are the wig fibers. The price was reasonable and the color of the wig was great. Pretty much what was in the picture. The wig is also very easy to adjust because the odangos and pigtails are detachable.

Cons
The wig required a lot of styling when I received it, not that I minded too much. (prestyling isn't very mail friendly!). The pigtails also got very frizzy very quickly, which irks me a bit but is not unreasonable for pigtails of this length. The wig cap for this wig is also pretty small, so I would not recommend it to people with especially large heads (it barely fits my head!) However, once you get used to the smaller wig cap, the wig is not particularly uncomfortable. The skin top also was a bit warped on my wig but not too noticeable (I hope!). I think with some help I can make the skin top look a bit better and less misshapen in the back. In some places the wig can be a bit thin but not very noticeable if styled correctly

Basically, a good price for a decent quality Sailor Moon wig, but it requires a lot of work and maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this for anyone who is not willing to work with it a lot.

My America wig had that happening too... it was a little weird, but not noticeable or anything, which is why i didn't comment on it. I've had other wigs arrive like this too, so i assumed it was normal.

This was my first non skin top wig, so maybe it is normal. But at least now I know that I prefer skin top ha ha

Timeline: It took about 3-4 months? I forgot about it actually, so when it came in the mail it was a pleasant surprise haha.
Pros:
- Very nice
- Quick on communication
- Positive first commissioning experience

Cons:
- Not the greatest quality I was expecting
- Didn't have perfect English, but still understandable. Sort of.
- Was missing some parts.

Comments:
It was my first time commissioning a costume, since I usually made my own costumes but this was done because I didn't have the time to make it. So when I got it in the mail, I was expecting something of higher quality and accuracy. Some parts weren't perfect, but since I know how to make my own costumes, some tweaking could be done so I don't really mind too much.

Final Grade: B - Good but not great.
