Well, heck. I watched "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" for the bazillionth time yesterday and I think I've made up my mind: I want Marilyn's pink/fuschia "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend" dress. I think the only place I can get a pattern remotely close is probably gonna be Vogue. Off to scour their site to see.

I would love to cosplay P!nk from her Misunderstood album and her outfit for when she sings Sober. She has always been a role model to me.

At my first con, there were guys who cosplayed as a full Kiss. It was awesome. XD

And I'd love to make an Amanda Palmer (I even have a guy who would make a good Brian Viglione) and an Emilie Autumn cosplay.

I plan to join the crowd and do a Lady Gaga cosplay. I also one day plan doing a cosplay of Anne Boleyn.
If I saw anyone dressed up as King Richard III I'd probably just die of happiness right on the spot.

Also, Flora88, (I hope that you don't mind me saying) your Freddie Mercury cosplay is awesome and put a smile on my face.

I'd love to cosplay T.M.Revolution/Takanori Nishikawa from his Vestige PV. The wings are outrageous for someone with no skill like me but I like this. I'm also in love with his Invoke PV - "human" and "controlled" Takanori as I call them. Mind you, it would feel a little out of place because I'm not sure he has much of a following when it comes to cons, especially not in the UK. I still want to do it though. I idolise him far too much, haha.

I'm going to resurrect this thread so that I'm not starting a new one.

I enjoy real person cosplay quite a bit, and since I'm always told I look like Jewel Staite, and I realized just how much Russian spy Anna Chapman looks like Jewel Staite, I figure it would be pretty awesome to dress as Anna Chapman.

I've seen a few people cosplay Johnny Depp fairly well. Usually those are the Depp impersonators though (which I guess is similar to cosplay, but they seem to take it to a whole other level, with actually perfecting the voice and mannerisms).
