Hm, try looking for a Karstadt (a department store). They usually have a fabric section too. (Mine is one the third floor, but since I don't live in Berlin I don't know if it's always like that. xD)

I don't know if there is one in Berlin (or if it is a chain store at all) but I found a wonderful array of fabrics at a place called Hilco. It might be worth looking up. ^_^
Also, I second Karstadt! They have a bunch of different crafty items there. |
