Seconding the comment on the skin. I *wish* I had skip that clear ^^

If you're looking for an obscure, but still recognizable choice, Lucca from Chrono Trigger could be a good fit for you.

You mentioned that you liked wearing a lolita outfit because it covered you up, but at the same time, it made you feel much larger than you really are, right? If that's the case, maybe lolita style isn't the look for you after all. Cosplay is all about feeling confident and being happy in the costume you're wearing. If you feel good, you'll look great!

I'm 5'3" and 180 (down from 300!), too. It's hard to find cosplays that suit my figure. Being busty makes it very difficult to play "cute" or "young" characters, and crossplaying is just out of the question. Elegant and older characters are still great options, though.

The question to ask yourself is what sort of character you want to play. Do you want to feel cute & sweet? Mature? Sexy? Tough? Funny? First identify the feeling that you want, and it'll make choosing characters much easier for you. I find that when I wear a cosplay, the two things I want to be are sexy and funny. So I choose characters that allow me to be one of those things, sometimes both. What about you? What two words would you want your cosplay to embody?

You are very pretty, don't worry about what other people say. Cosplay is something that is to be fun and creative. I cosplayed as Tsunade from Naruto this past May. I like her because she's not the standard girl from anime. She is very stong and curvation. I think she would be a good character to cosplay as, if she is a character that you like. I also agree with Kikamontanez Tifa would also be good for you. You resemble her.

You are beautiful! I second the Tsunade and Lulu suggestions. Princess Euphemia and/or Cornelia from Code Geass came to mind when I saw your pictures. Neither of them are "small" by any means. Sheryl Nome from Macross F is another character you could cosplay quite well. She has a lot of different outfits so you can pick and tailor the one(s) you like best to your figure. Midna from Twilight Princess is another cosplay you could consider. Luka from Vocaloid is another option I thing you could pull off well, especially some of her ball gowns like in Sandplay of the Singing Dragon and/or Camellia.
As a suggestion, when it comes to cosplaying, especially for voluptuous girls like us, it is perfectly ok to modify an outfit/cosplay to flatter your figure better. You don't have to be 100% accurate with the cut and length so long as the general design and basic character concept are portrayed.

You all have been very supportive, I hope you all understand how much I appreciate it. There are a lot of people who don't believe that curvy or big girls should cosplay. You all have given me more confidence though. :3 So thank you again.

Anyways...I'd like to be sexy, funny, or just absolutely adorable.

I LOVE making pervy jokes all the time with my friends,
I like feeling sexy and confident (which is rare- but can happen)
and I like the whole innocent kawaii school girl type.
XD

While it seems like most of the world prefers stick thin girls and lean buff guys, the fact is, everyones tastes are different. Because of media influence, girls believe only the thin ones can be sexy, when, until a short amount of time ago, curvier was beautiful. Renaissance portraits of some of the most beautiful women ever painted were of curvy women. As long as you feel sexy or cute or confident in something, you give that air off, and others see it and you become that sort of air.
