Costume help please (TP Zelda armor and elf ears)

Hi guys, I'm planning on cosplaying Zelda from Twilight Princess, but I'm having trouble with her armor, and I can't find any good tutorials.

Also I'd really like to get a pair of ears, but every online store I'm finding is based out of the US or overseas. I live in Canada, in southern Ontario. I'm a university student, so I don't want to spend too much, maybe $15.00 max. without shipping. I'd prefer to buy for a Canadian store or site, just because shipping can get ridiculous. There's a Costume King in my area, but I haven't had the time to check if they have ears.

Does anyone have any suggestions of where I might be able to find any?

I'm working on a TP Zelda tutorial for the whole costume. Her armor is the first part that's going to be posted and I'm almost finished with that part of the tutorial. It's a video tutorial too, so it should be most helpful! I am basing my tutorial off of my own armor. Check it out if you're interested

I found the shoulder cuff in the pauldrons to be the most difficult to make. Mainly because I had to guess at the size.
