MTAC (Middle Tennessee Anime Convention) 2012

Who's all going to to MTAC 2012? My plan is to go and if I do, look out for a Gunner Yuna from FFX-2 with red nerdy glasses

I'm still weighing on whether or not to be my Holy Roman Empire (Chibitalia) from Hetalia Axis Powers. Well, if not anything, Gunner Yuna is SO going to be there

OMG!!!!!! ONLY 7 MONTHS UNTIL MTAC 2012!!!!!!! Is anyone else going or at least just as excited as I am?

Totally can't wait

I'm doing good on my weight loss and I managed to fit into 2 of my dresses that I couldn't wear anymore and one of my skirts from my last DisneyWorld trip. AHHHHH!!!!!!!! So motivating

Once I get down to a 30" waist and lose all of my weight, I'll be starting on my Gunner Yuna cosplay.

Anyway, can't wait to see you guys there

Oh wow, I will be at MTAC next year as a gunner Yuna as well!

Can't wait to see you there. I'll prob do gunner for 1 day and a character from Air Gear another day as part of a group cosplay. Not too sure, still working out the details.

I'll be there. Not quite sure yet on costumes. I may re-wear Haseo and enter the costume contest, but I'm not sure yet. He's a pain to wear around for long periods of time. I want to have three new costumes ready in time for it, but it just depends on money. Excited either way though! MTAC is now in the downtown convention center. I am super excited to see how it will all play out.

I don't know what day I will be Yuna but I'll let you know once I get that figured out. I'll be the Yuna in my pic (obviously lol). Right now I'm working to hopefully making my Yuna cosplay a bit better.

YAAAAAYYYYYYY!!!!!! 6 MONTHS UNTIL MTAC!!!!!

Well... slowly, but surely, Yuna's getting done. It's amazing how the gunner dressphere is mainly accessories than outfit^^;

The good news is that my guns are almost done. The bad news is I have to redo my half skirt. Thankfully NOT the entire thing. The waist band of it is fine. It's the skirt itself I have to redo. Total yuck ><

Anyway, at least she's nearly done. Can't wait to see you guys there

I will be going to MTAC in 2012 for sure! I will be bringing my Auron for sure, so I hope to get a few pics with all the Yuna on this thread.

I will also be Saturos from Golden Sun, and then possibly something else... either Buggy from One Piece, Pyro from TF2 or Mizuti from Baten Kaitos.

ALSO does anyone know which day the costume contest is?

I'm pretty sure it will be Saturday. They'll have more information up on the website as the con gets closer. They usually hold auditions Friday and early Saturday, and then the contest is held in the evening.

Also, I figured out one costume I'll be bringing. I'll be wearing Haseo again, but only for Saturday. My fiancee will be Antares with me and I should have an Azure Kite. If my friend is attending again I may also have an Atoli.

As for Friday... not sure yet.
