Fabric "border"
I'm hoping to cosplay Tenshi Hinanai from Touhou SWR and there's one problem, I've actually come across this problem with many cosplay ideas of mine, there's always a stripe going along the edge out the outfit and the only way I could think of putting it on is to have it printed that way. Help?

I think you're referring to bias tape. It's available pre-made or you can make your own. There are tips online of how to do it.

I was also going to say bias tape. There are a lot of tutorials online on how to make and attach your own:
http://sew4home.com/tips-resources/s...it-a-attach-it http://www.coletterie.com/fabric-hab...make-bias-tape It's quite easy once you get the hang of it. You can also purchase bias tape at most fabric/crafting stores, however they will be limited in colors and material types that would suit your needs.
