Shoes for princess zelda ocarina of time?? Sorry if in wrong thread

Im sorry if this is in the wrong thread!!!

Anyway, HI everyone!! Hope you are all doing well.

I am making a princess zelda ocarina of time cosplay, and was wondering what kind of shoes do you think shed wear?? Also, for the record, I *really* don't want to wear heels as I am going to wear this at a huge convention in April... What type of shoes do you think she would wear? Any online stores you'd like me to look at? any good places to buy cosplay shoes???

Heres a ref pic of her: http://www.google.com/search?q=princ...w=1366&bih=641
Thanks so much everyone!!

Ironically, I'm working on a Link cosplay as we speak.

Honestly, I think that is up to interpretation due to the fact that they aren't really visible. I have seen people wear (white or pink) flats or (brown or light pink) boots. I know Zelda wears boots in the Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword versions. As far as OOT Zelda goes... check out Super Smash Bros.

This pic might help: http://i2.listal.com/image/2425071/500full.jpg

As far as places to buy the shoes, I'd check your local shoe stores before going online to insure a good fit.

Happy Cosplaying~!

I used a pair of heels that I though had the right look and put pink covers on them. Smash bros was my reference because they don't show her shoes in the Zelda games (she has pink heels in smash bros).
Since you're against heels I would recommend a pair of flats in a shade of pink, white, or maybe nude. Stick to something girly. Twilight Princess Zelda may wear leather boots, but OoT is portrayed as more girly and more of the stereotypical "princessly" type. Find something comfortable that you'll be able to walk around in but that won't clash with the costume and character.
I do NOT suggest boots unless they are a very light color of leather or maybe even white. Dark shoes looked terrible with my costume.

I'd say go with a pair of nice flats. That way, they look good if they peek out and you'll be comfortable all day. that's what I did with my Garnet ball gown.

Flats! Heels and I aren't so friendly (haha) so if I'm wearing a costume where you don't typically see the feet, I just wear some sort of flats that sort of match just incase you do see them in a picture, yet you are comfortable.
