Call me paranoid, but I'm getting worried that the Len outfit I ordered possibly won't get to my house in time for Katsucon. I ordered it from QQCosplay. It's odd because they're normally really good on delivering things on time...

Talk about cutting it close!
I JUST got my Kagamine Len outfit from my front porch before it got swiped by some random...typical stereotype person. Man, this Katsucon will be my first...and it's gonna be awesome! Cosplaying KAITO AND Len?! Woot!

As for the actual outfit though, it looks fantastic! The shorts were bigger than I thought though, but that's nothing a belt can't fix. His leg warmers are puzzling me a bit, though. I assume there supposed to go around the thickest part of the calf?

Personally I'm thinking about making Calne Ca, the Miku derivative with the robot legs and arms. She just looks so epic. XD

OK!
So, I'm now in the running for a new KAITO wig. My old one is...well, old. I think 2 years is enough for a wig, so I've retired it. I absolutely REFUSE to get a wig from eBay considering the horror that was the Len wig I actually got(no elastic and it took about 30 mins to screw onto my massive cranium then it was so effing tight that I nearly fainted a few times), so I'm looking more at Arda Wigs for something that might work. Anyone have any suggestions as to which style would work best from there?

Arada wigs Magnum I think is nice for Kaito. I think jett is too short IMO. the others don't come in the right color. you are doing basic Kaito again? see you every year x3

Oh, I'm all self-conscious now being new in this place... But I figure I'll be joining the Vocaloid cosplay scene soon enough... okay, maybe in a year or so but the costume's a lot of work.
Anyways, hi all! Sometime next year, I imagine, I'll be cosplaying the Hachi-Hachi Flowery Battle of Kagamine version of Len. It was kind of a spur of the moment decision mostly fueled by the fact I've been dying to do a kimono cosplay and a crossplay, and this cosplay combines both... Though honestly I'm not quite sure if it counts as crossplaying if I'm cosplaying a crossdressing guy... Whatever the case, I'm super excited for it! X3
