Try doing crunches, push ups, work out tapes, or try zumba dancing, or the biggest loser's the work out cardio max dvd it worked for me and it increases my work outs, but try not to over do yourself it takes time before your speed level increase.

I would check how much weight you lose in a week, but find a cosplay outfit that is right for you in your own size, and make sure you measure your body on how big or small your size kay

No, I don't go back to my eating habits hun, I was in this habit, but not anymore I feel lighter than ever^^

I once weigh 130 pounds ever since I graduated from high school. I found out that the more I keep eating, the more I will have a chance of either heart attacks, or die in obesity. I don't want to die I want to be there and watch my nieces and nephew's graduate after high school graduation 3 months passed right when I was about to watch tv in the living room. I found my mom's work out dvd called, "the biggest loser the workout cardio max" dvd and right then I just started working out. Today, I lost 13 pounds and now weigh 117 pounds I feel great, energized, and I'm never going back to the same way I was ever again right now I'm looking forward to play with my nieces and nephews.
