I love monster high. I've been wanting to do a Clawdeen cosplay and my gf was willing to be Operetta with me. One of my planned cosplays for the future.

I also wanted to do a frankie cosplay and a Melody one(from the book). I love the books too. Its how I got into the series.

Hey!

My friend and I are looking for MH cosplayers around the Maine/NH/Mass-ish area who are willing to join us in a project. We are trying to get a group together so we can perform and film the Fright Song dance. We're still figuring out where this will be done and other fine details (we just came up with the idea two days ago). So if anyone is interested, feel free to PM me!

Hey all! I feel really bad about advertising in a forum, but I don't know where else to turn!

A couple friends and I are planning on making a high-end MH cosplay music video, and we have to make costumes for 13 people....the only problem with our plan, is that we dont have the money.
We have made a kickstarter to raise the money (hopefully!) Please give it a look and spread the word!

We have great rewards for anyone who donates!

You can donate as little as ONE DOLLAR! We would appreciate anything we get!!!

....why are you asking people to help fund your personal project? Why don't you just wait until you can save up the money?

Do you already have the other people lined up for the project? It seems unfair that the three of you are handling all of the funding for it.

It might help with your funding if the costs are divided up amongst the other people who want to participate as well and give each of them a small personal goal to work towards in addition to your Kickstarter. (and then whatever you earn from your Kickstarter can be a nice bonus to the budget!)

Yeah, we got everybody, which we're excited about =) Sadly about 98% of our group is in high school and thus jobless lol. We're probably going to end up buying things bit by bit in the end and build it up slowly.

That's probably the best way to go about it! It's usually what I have to do when I want to do a big costume since I have bills and life-stuff too. (being an adult sucks..lol).
I also sign up on all kinds of fabric/craft stores email listings to get coupons to help out too! If you get everyone to sign up/sign up with multiple emails you can have multiple coupons!

I love Robecca and Rochelle's looks. Sure, would like to cosplay them, but I think I should finish my other plans first, haha.
