Shinobu (No More Heroes)

Man...I haven't posted here in a while!
Anywho.... I just debuted this cosplay last weekend at Sakura con.

What I know is missing:
Charms on scabbard
Ankle straps
contact lenes

There are a couple of other things that concern me, but i'll let you guys have at it, to see if we notice the same things ;P

TBH I think this is more or less spot on. Awesome stuff!

There are some like super minor stuff that can get fixed like the right glove needs the additional layer detailing (at least I can't see it). And the wig needs to be fuller, as per the pic, but I mean her hair in the game is pretty gnarly and what you have works.

Actually the thing that I think would actually help the most is not your craftsmanship, but on the photographer side. I actually saw your stuff on EBK's FB and I commented here and there, but whenever (I assume he used a flash) he used a flash on that relatively white background your head melted into the wall due to the white wig. I'm not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination, but that's the most glaring thing.

But yeah you pretty much own this character now, you did a spot on job!

Yeah looking at the cosplay with what you said in mind I do agree that those things could be tweaked.

The glove is actually a temp glove and the real one will be black vinyl...thats what I get for working up until 3am the day of my 7am flight to seattle :/

I really would like the wig to be fuller as well. I did add about 10 additional wefts to the base wig, but still couldn't get the look i wanted, so i had to make due. I was really afraid that it wouldn't turn out decent at all T^T Her in game hair is a bit much for me, but I at least would like to come a bit loser to it's over all look. Thanks for that tid-bit.

As for the photo, i'll admit i did boost up the colors slightly and tried to make sure the wig didn't get lost in the light background.
