Cosplayhouse
I'm trying to get this sword,

You should go to the commissioner review thread, they'll have a lot of reviews from people who has ordered from them.
Buuut, I heard that site is a 'hit or miss' site. Some people have problems with them; like not getting their commission for months, if at all. Other people, however, do get their item in a timely manner. |

Try doing some research here~
Additionally, a friend of mine recently bought a prop sword (I think Mihawk's) from CosplayHouse to use at Sakura-Con and he was EXTREMELY displeased when it arrived. Parts were completely different colors than they should have been (blue vs silver) and the handle wrappings were falling off and some other bits, gems or something, were also coming off.

I can't speak for their props, but I got a wig frOm there and it's beautiful! Exactly like the picture, and super soft lol

One of my friends got a costume commission for Kafei from Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and all of the stitching fell apart, apparently. She had to sew most of the costume back together :/ I don't know about their props, but I'm iffy about it because of what happened.

I ordered my K-ON and Haruhi costumes from them and the quality was good, but the skirt for my K-ON costume was at least four inches too big around the waist and went down to my ankles. Their prices are so-so, but their shipping is ridiculously way over the top; I just have friends commission from now on
