Used to be ACEN, for a breif stint it was Expo, now it's AM2. It's amazing how these things change. So unless AM2 moves (or I move) I don't think things will change in the future.

My home convention, where my other half and I quite literally feel at home, is Anime Weekend Atlanta.
 This year will be the 8th year of my attendance, and his 13th, I believe. It's our favorite con to go to every year, despite all of the other out of state ones that we've been to.

ACen just because it's in my home town... because it's in my hometown, it allows me the freedom to go crazier on the costumes and enjoy the events more thoroughly.

Home con would be AnimeNEXT since it is only 30min away from me, and I guess Steampunk Worlds Fair since that is 40min away. There are no cons in the town that I actually live in though

Just moved here last year, so now my home cons are Momocon and Dragon*Con! There's a couple more in town I'll have to check out too, but I'm counting the ones I can get right to by MARTA because I live near a station... the other ones, why, I'd have to take the train and a bus!
 Otakon is also sort of a tradition I've joined with my girlfriend and her college friends, so let's call it our home away from home con. |

Acen, which is still about 2-3 hours away from me if I'm driving. That excludes traffic.

Mine would be ALcon in Leicester, or Expo in London. Either way i have to sit on a train for 3 hours or a train then the tube for roughly 3 hours. The train to ALcon is much less crouded, so i can take my props with me without being worried that they will get damaged

My annual con is Mechacon in New Orleans, but we also have Louisianime, and... I think one more that I don't pay attention to cause I can only afford one con a year and have given my loyalty to Mechacon. XD
