I didn't see anything for dead or alive so I'm making this.

This is pretty much my first costume I'm going to make almost 100% from scratch (excluding the shoes). It seems like a pretty simple design so, I want to make it. I have a sewing machine and know basic sewing stuff...

I want to cosplay Kasumi white cherry blossom version:

What I have a problem with is the cut patterns. The arms and legs coverings I can do no help needed really there. Its just the dress part - any advice would help. I have a sturdy stretch cotton to work with in all the colors.

I need to get my measurements then?
