I tried broccoli with Hollandaise sauce at dinner. Broccoli is easily my least favourite vegetable ever (and unfortunately my Mom LOVES the damn stuff. It was not an easy childhood for me...), but it was actually edible with that stuff.

I like broccoli. I had broccoli for dinner, along with baked almondine (white fish with bread crumbs and slivered almonds on top and then baked in the oven) and mac n' cheese with a whole wheat roll. My mom, my daughter and I went out to Luby's to eat.

Wasn't super-hungry for dinner tonight, so I took some leftover spaghetti and just melted cheese whiz and grated mozzarella on it. Yummy and super-filling for a small portion. I would've had regular spaghetti, but we were out of sauce...
