Male Lolita

Alright. My friend wants me to cosplay a male version of the ever-so-popular Lolita style. It sounds like something right up my alley, but i'm not sure what it looks like or how i'd go about constructing said outfit(probably stores and using my friends to customize stuff). So can someone please help me as to what i would need or how this should look(my friend already said i'll need a top hat)

Are you looking to do lolita style or possibly a dandy style outfit, which is more of the male equivalent to lolita?

I'm pretty sure there's a style called prince style but yes, just think of something like what a butler or dandy might wear and you'd be going in the right direction

Dress shirt, Vest, fitting slacks, cuff links, tie or bowtie...etc.
