Please Delete - Wrong Area of Forum
For the life of me I can't find the boots I need for my cosplay! I have been to Ebay, Shoebuy.com and all kinds of other sites looking. The ones I do find are too expensive for me to purchase. All I need are plain, over the knee white boots since I will be putting boot covers over them, but I need to get them ASAP and I have a very limited budget. Suggestions from anyone on where I could find some would be greatly appreciated.

I would highly recommend checking any nearby Goodwill stores in your location. It depends on where you live, though.
The prices are cheap and depending on which location you go to, you can find plenty of variety. In any case, hope you find your boots at the price you need 'em!

Pleaser boots probably come in plain over the knee style, but they'll likely have quite a heel on them.
For future reference, this thread probably doesn't belong in "Cosplay suggestions."

Lurrdoc - Thank you, I'll try that. I have big feet, though so I don't know.
han-pan - I have looked up pleaser shoes, and the heels are too high for me, but thank you for the suggestion. Um...as for it being in the wrong place, I haven't really found anywhere else appropriate to ask for suggestions on where to find something except here. Can you tell me where it should be then? |

Cosplay suggestions is a subforum more for "I don't know who to cosplay" or "What character has X characteristic like me" or "Cosplays that have glasses" etc etc etc.
Probably best fits into "General Construction" or "Props/Accessories/Armor." Did you consider making boot covers instead?

I have boot covers made as part of the cosplay, what I need are the boots to go beneath them. We decided not to cheat with high heels as we had seen other cosplayers do and use boots instead. Thank you for the advice, I will look for that forum in future when posting stuff like this.
